Have you watched front of the class film ? what did you feel when you watched it ? Actually, it’s the real someone experience that is very inspire. When we talk about the film, the first word in our mind is enthusiasm. The enthusiasm of Brad Cohen the main character in the film that want to be a teacher is very motivate us. 

Do you want to be a good teacher like Brad Cohan? Brad Cohen is the person that have tourette syndrome, he lived with his mother Ellen Cohen and his younger brother Jeff Cohan in Miousorri. He didn’t live with his father because his father Norman and his mother was not a spouse of couple again, they got divorce. He got Tourette’s Syndrome when he was six , maybe it can caused by his parent divorce. Tourette’s Syndrom is a neurological disorder where a person has both motor and vocal tics. Doctors and scientists don't know the exact cause of TS, but some research suggests that it occurs when there's a problem with how nerves communicate in the brain. A disturbance in the balance in neurotransmitters — chemicals in the brain that carry nerve signals from cell to cell — may play a role in TS. Children, teacher, and even family members found it difficult to be around him. Because of his tourette’s when he was child they had not many friends as the other children have. He only have a loyal friend that the name is Ron. He also got many problems because it. He often did not accept  his school, childrens, teachers, and even his father. His friends always tease and disturb him  and also his teachers often angry with him because his silly noises voice that can not detained.

Brad Cohen deal the condition with many kinds of  action. When he was a student, he really hate to study at school, he is not patient to wait the time over in school. There was no homework, books, and teachers. He also really hate read book because he need many concentration to read it since Tourattee syndrome difficult to do that. He had ever sent to the principal's office for being disruptive in a class when teaching studying processes. Then the principal invited him to the music concert but he didn’t believe he could be over there because his voice would disturb all people in the hall. In the middle of the concert, his principal asked him to stand of on the stage and commanded him to told about his Tourettes. Then, Bred told the people in the hall that he have tourette syndrome that never can be healed and he would like to be treated as same as with the other students. All of people in the hall kept silent then when Bred walked they gave standing applause. Then, Brad knowed that was Mr. Myer’s purpose. It was very help them come up his spirit and Mr. Myeer is being his inspire teacher for his life. Also He would like to proof with his father, his mother, his family, and all of people that he can do anything is like the normal person did even though it is so difficult for tourette syndrome. Sometimes, he cried because his tourette. He never asked money from his parents even his purse was empty but he worked in his father’s fabric until he got the job. Until someday he can be a professional teacher in the world. The spirit and ambitious brought him to be a teacher in an elementary school although the way is so difficult to reach it. It is so difficult because before it he had ever applied for a teaching job in all of Atlanta schools but the result is zero. It is not a job that he accepted but insulting and tease that he got. Finally, he got the job.

Teaching elementary school is to those who love young children and want to make a positive difference in their lives. It also requires lots of patience, stamina, and nerves of steel. Those considering a career as an elementary school teacher should know that while very rewarding, this occupation is not simply fun and games. To succeed as a teacher in the primary levels requires a special individual who understands the nature of the job and who also is familiar with the requirements to prepare for the job properly. It is like Brad Cohen that prepared his class with good preparation. He made his class different with another teachers more colorful with many pictures on the wall. He put “ Welcome to Mr. Cohan’s class” in front of the door. He also put his beloved rabbit named waffle in his class. He also wrote the name of his childrens and place his students photo on the table to make him easy in recognize him. There was a written hand on the wall that sound “ I’ts okay to be different”. There were some globes also over there. He changed the decoration class everyday to make his students happy nd enjoyed his class. He also changed his performance everyday with new hat or new coat or something. He make his class as beautiful class. All of the preparation for make his students like his class.

A good preparation that Bred have, he also manage his class with the good action. He don’t care when his students insult him with a queer called. It is a challenge for him. He allowed his students make voices but in a discussion case. He makes jokes in his teaching to make his student easy to get the information and enjoy the class. He is so attractive teacher.

If  we teach students, it is not all of our students will be a good student, but there are some naughty students. It is like Bred Cohen got. He have some naughty children that like to produce rough voice, like to go out from his class when he was teaching. He face of his naughty students with give him information that their action are wrong. He guide his students to be better. Sometimes, he also gives them punishment when they do the wrong action continuously but the punishment with reading books or give them advice and motivation.

He give materials and media as same as with normal teacher do even it is more interesting that he give in his teaching processes. In a first meeting, he gave information about his tourette syndrome and made his students be interactive to ask and answer question. The media that he use is blackboard. Then, he explained about “where in the world Miss Maxine red truck”. The media that he use in his material are map with interesting color, photos of the some country, some caspers pictures. He also put some interesting pictures on the wall, make colorful class, flours on the table. He also give some strange sentences to them but the purpose is to guide his students that can not used. He also give the realia with summon Miss Maxine with her  red truck. The materials and medias are so interesting to their children.

The techniques that he uses in his class are so variation. He give question and answer for make the students have the opportunity to ask as well as answer them. Getting students to self correct, Bred do that by asking them to make a choice between what they sid and alternative answer he supplied. Map drawing, Bred use a map that he put on the blackboard. The students were given a map geographical. Then Brad gave questions. The techniques are really help students to speak up and be active.

Although Brad Cohen has tourettee syndrome, but he can be a good teacher. When he was teaching, an observer at the school assesses Brad's teaching. The next day, the headteacher announces that Brad has been chosen to receive the Teacher of the Year award, which he accepts his award in front his family, friends and students. He can inspire all the students, family, friends and also teachers in this world.
